If you decide to join the Agropolis machinery cooperative, our machinery fleet is all yours to use at discounted rates! Traditional farming machinery, hay trailers, manure spreaders: we’ve got everything that could possibly be towed by a tractor or used on a field. Just let us know one day in advance which machines you’d like to use, and we’ll have them ready for you the next day.
Test fields
Looking for fertile soil to research new crops? Our sand and loam soils form the perfect basis for a fruitful test setup! All plots can be used on an annual basis, so you’ve got plenty of time to research the best solution for your crops.

CIRO water grid
Agropolis is located by the side of a quarry lake, meaning we can use a CIRO water grid. Via a central pumping station, the grid distributes water underneath the fields, irrigating all surrounding farmland in a simple but elegant way! The same cheap source of high-quality water is also used in the workshops and businesses across the entire site.
District heating
Aside from our own water grid, we’ve also got our own district heating system! This environmentally friendly energy concept enables us to use residual heat to heat water in a central location. The residual heat in question is generated by an incinerator or power plant, for example. Our well-insulated underground pipelines bring this water right to your business’ doorstep, where it can be used for central heating and hot water. By doing so, energy that would be wasted elsewhere is reused in a sustainable way! We made a deliberate choice to commit to this system, as sustainable energy is the future.

We do so in a multitude of ways: through abundant floorspace at our business park as a location for your company, through various office spaces and meeting rooms you can use at any time, through an even greater abundance of fieldspace for you to test new developments, and by keeping you up to date with the latest trends and possibilities, such as precision agriculture or sustainable crop protection.
The agriculture and food sector of tomorrow is being grown at Agropolis today. After all, we’re stronger together in a world that never stands still.
