Reason for the role
We’re building an energetic and dynamic Outbound sales team to start paid partnerships with multinationals in the world of industrial automation and Industry 4.0.

Tasks and responsibilities
-Hit ARR target together with the whole Qviro team
-Closing deals is your main priority
-Building a long-lasting relationship with new and active (industrial) customers
-Master the Qviro offering, CRM, sales pipeline and the qualification & sales process
-Taking full responsibility for the whole sales cycle: outreach, demos, closing deals and networking
-Trying new things – if something isn’t working, feel empowered to try a different tactic
-Developing strategies to maximize your success and collaborate with teams like Product and Marketing
-Work closely with the Head of Sales & the AE/SDR team

Job Requirements
-You have sales experience in a B2B environment
-You can close deals
-You are more than passionate about sales
-You are an excellent listener and problem solver
-You are a team-player
-You are able to multitask and organise your calendar
-You are fluent in English

Additional assets (optional)
-Marketplace experience or SaaS experience
-High-volume outreach experience
-B2B sales experience with personas like ‘Marketing Managers’ or ‘Sales Managers’
-Basic Industry 4.0/industrial automation knowledge
-Any additional language is an advantage
