We at Umital, are looking for a sales professional with a proven record of delivering sales results in a SaaS context, as we are launching UmanGo.
UmanGo transforms the way people collaborate remotely as it provides structure and stimulates interaction for better check-in meetings, as it enables pulse surveys for a better understanding of how people are doing, and as it suggests topics to discuss.
In this way UmanGo not only allows teams to focus and align, UmanGo also allows people to thrive by addressing underlying needs of recognition, desire to connect and to make the difference.
As Umital Sales Representative you will:
-Think of your market in terms of needs, not products. Highlight important decision points in your market. Understand how your market is changing. Knowing where you and Umango are strong locally helps you prepare a plan for success.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and current activities of our valued customers in Belgium/the Netherlands.
-Proactively drive the whole sales cycle from generating leads to closing final deals
-Identifying key decision-makers to determine needs, budget and timelines.
-Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications (LinkedIn, email, telephone) designed to increase customer interest in UmanGo, also from a distance. Therefore you need to be acquainted with modern digital marketing growth hacking techniques.
-Document customer and sales activities in our CRM system
-Attending and pitching at networking and industry events is part of the job
- There is no set route to become a Sales Representative at Umital. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind: >You’re a salesperson: You already have 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS context with a proven track record. You love to sell and customers love you. You should be very confident that you are on the path to a successful career in sales – in fact, it should be obvious from the moment we (e-)meet you. >You are a ‘people person’: You will be dealing with people at all levels in an organisation and will need to be able to relate to them. Your passion for people comes second only to your passion for winning deals and building partnerships from scratch. >You’re pragmatic: You are target orientated and can work independently. You love working with KPIs because they’re proof of how well you’re doing. >You are a networker: You have the ability to build up relationships within a short period of time. We aim for long-term relations, therefore you are able to respond to the customer’s needs and know how to make them happy! You are super customer focused. >You are a communicator: You have excellent communication skills over the phone and in person. You know how to convey our value proposition in an inspiring way and translate it into opportunities for the customer >You are a team player: We are a small family and you will have to work with everybody to achieve (y)our ambitions. Help out with everything that needs to be done - we're a start-up and there's always something that needs to be done. We need someone that is keen to get stuck in! >You are an entrepreneur: You do everything within your power to get the job done., Other Qualifications -Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively -High energy and positive attitude -Ability to take initiative -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment -Confident to connect with people, also in a distributed work context
