Founded in 2012, InnoSer is an innovative and dynamic contract research organization supporting discovery and preclinical development of drugs. InnoSer’s offerings include a proprietary PDX/O screening platform for oncology, a unique ADPKD mouse model for nephrology, and a fully characterized midbrain organoid model for Parkinson’s disease. InnoSer also provides in vivo imaging, pathology and genetically engineered mouse model services including colony management, cryopreservation, and sanitation/rederivation.

For Oncology, InnoSer has developed its own proprietary oncology service portfolio over the past years. Central in this platform are the development of organoids and PDX models from clinical tumor samples. We offer organoid and PDX models that are highly characterized in pancreatic, colon, lung, esophageal and gastric cancers. In addition to this platform, we perform tumor studies in syngeneic, xenograft or humanized setting, in addition to preclinical ADME/ tox validation studies. We also have a bioluminescence platform for orthotopic tumor studies. In vitro we offer a range of possible testing from classical 2D screening through 3D, PBMC work,….

Over the coming years we will develop the next generation of cancer models with support of VLAIO, and we also run commercial studies, so we are looking for a profile that has an interest in both working with clients and on the research side, that has an innovative mindset and wants to stay on the cutting edge of oncology. Today we are looking for a study associate interested in executing complex preclinical oncology studies. In this role you are working in close association with the responsible study director, the research associates and the biotechnicians. You will be working according to a scientific plan drawn up in team with customer and study director. You will be responsible for the organization and execution of different studies, analyzing that data and reporting will also fall under your responsibilities.

This job requires a master’s degree or PhD in preclinical oncology and a FELASA C certificate. Vast experience in preclinical (immuno)-oncology is appreciated. Specifically in vivo tumor models and organoids culture experience are a plus. We are looking for a profile with multiple years of hands-on lab experience.
