FibriCheck is a young, dynamic and fast-growing company in the digital health sector. Our mission? Preventing unnecessary strokes. How? Our smartphone and smartwatch applications make it easy for people to self-monitor their heart rhythm and therefore to detect possible arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation, in time. A 60-second check-up immediately learns our users if they need further follow up. Faster detection of arrhythmias will lead to faster and better treatment and will avoid people from suffering possibly severe complications like a stroke. Our applications are more than just apps, they are full-fledged medical devices that are CE-marked and FDA-approved. FibriCheck is used today by over 800.000 people, is prescribed by over 2.000 physicians and has processed over 8 million PPG measurements. Today we are mainly focusing on Europe, but our plans to conquer the world are ambitious!
Your responsibilities
You will be part of our clinical team which aims to grow our footprint in the clinical society, and your work contributes to growing that footprint.
You will architect care pathways with our customers, and provide advice and support to our customers to optimally implement and scale up the FibriCheck solution in their daily routine.
You will proactively engage with our customers to develop relationships to collect feedback and timely identify and resolve hurdles and ensure an optimal level of customer satisfaction at all times.
You will recommend improvements to our product roadmap and procedures that are relevant for optimal usage of the FibriCheck system by our customers.
You will provide on-site and/or digital training to all customers to use the FibriCheck system.
You will coordinate with employees and customers and ensure project completion within the required timeframe.
You will identify gaps and lead the development and execution of healthcare provider and patient education strategies resulting in improved clinical documentation.
You will drive the evolution of FibriCheck towards value-based healthcare models using real-world data on PROMs, PREMs, and quantifiable implementation successes. You’ll make it possible that the data speaks of our successes.
You can strategically link our internal R&D and product activities to our customers.
You are responsible for our clinical post-market surveillance.
You will monitor activities of similar applications and solutions in the market and ensure FibriCheck will remain top of the line.

- Proven expertise in setting up and managing implementations of digital health solutions in clinical practice., Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills with attention to details, Ability to attain and maintain a working knowledge of the state-of-the-art. You can start to run with limited information, and pro-actively search for clarity as you move along the way, Very good technical skills to maintain operational efficiency – using different software applications for your day-to-day work is not a problem and you learn fast new solutions
