Interfacing with all project stakeholders (both internally and externally) to take projects from original concept through to final implementation,
Interacting with our clients (developers of medical software solutions) to understand and define their needs and accurately interpret their requirements
Ensuring client satisfaction and managing escalations, acting as a single point of contact to our clients
Ensuring that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baselined budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
Assuring clear and concise communications to all stakeholders (internally and externally)
Providing pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost a project which includes the completion of a proposal
- 5+ year’s experience in project management, Strong technical affinity is a significant plus, Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, Strategic thinking capability with an outcomes-focussed and results orientation, Ability to manage customer satisfaction, commitment and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously, You are detailed, highly organised and effective communicator
