Vaardigheden
- B2B Logistics • Main point of contact for all international clients regarding their order deliveries. • Work closely with the production department to align and plan the delivery window of each collection. • Coordinate and monitor all client deliveries with the external warehouse. • Inform all clients about the status of their order. • Administration of production and order deliveries in the ERP system. • Organise all shipments with great care and initiate quality checks. B2B Accounting • Daily administration of all client invoices and credit notes. • Follow up outstanding and late payments. • Process and handle client information with great care. Office • Responsible for daily pick ups and deliveries. • Contact for clients regarding retours, stock orders and other requests. • Update client and supplier info in the ERP system. • Rapport directly to the Commercial Director and CEO. • Take care of the VIP and personal orders. • Point of contact for issues with deliveries and import/export duties for colleagues. • Flexible in proforming various tasks and being able to respond proactively to questions of all kinds.
